Running group of friends, some belong to clubs others simply run for fun. No money involved, we run off road 4-6 miles depending on your level of fitness.
Regrouping regularly keeps the
group together.
Ages from 16 to 80+ years. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays
